Delete your account

Parents can delete their account and all their children's accounts at any time.

In the app

Sign in → Settings → Delete my account. Confirm with your password. Your sign-in stops immediately and we erase your data within 14 days.

Without the app

Open heyteacher.my in any web browser, sign in, then go to Settings → Delete my account.

What is kept

Payment records are kept for 7 years because Malaysian tax law requires it. Everything else — profiles, learning history and tutor conversations — is erased.
